Can the parties apply jointly for a consent order?
No. There can only be one applicant for a consent order. The other party is known as the respondent.
Do the applicant and respondent on the D81 need to be the same as on the draft consent order?
Yes. The applicant on the D81 must be the same as the applicant on the draft consent order. The respondent on the D81 must be the same as the respondent on the draft consent order.
Do the applicant and respondent on the D81 need to be the same as on the divorce application?
No. The applicant for the consent order may be the respondent in the divorce.
